Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote, global role, you will be responsible for managing, assisting, tracking, and reporting on activities across 10 deployed consultants. As the front-line eyes and ears on all project-related matters, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Assistance:
Coordinate and manage tasks across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
Assist consultants with project-related activities, providing necessary support and resources.
Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure all tasks are on track.
Compile and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
Provide regular updates to the Delivery Lead and other stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any arising issues.
Client and Consultant Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for consultants, addressing their needs and resolving any project-related concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Opportunity and Issue Management:
Identify and report on new opportunities for project improvement and growth.
Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a project management or analyst role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
