We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Designer to join our Office of the CEO.

Position Overview:
The Designer, Office of the CEO, is a multidisciplinary design role responsible for enhancing every aspect of user experience, including internal, client, and external interactions. This role will focus on visual design and all creative aspects of our service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various design disciplines, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience Design: Improve and innovate the user experience across all touchpoints, including internal systems, client interfaces, and external communications.

  • Visual Design: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Wells Onyx, ensuring consistency across all platforms and media.

  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative aspects of project delivery, from conceptualization to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful designs.

  • Internal Communication: Design and enhance internal communications tools and materials to improve employee engagement and productivity.

  • Client Interaction: Create visually compelling presentations, reports, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

  • External Branding: Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, website graphics, social media content, and other public-facing assets.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure design excellence and alignment with company goals.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, continually seeking opportunities to apply new techniques and tools to improve our design capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary design role, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including UX/UI design, graphic design, and visual communication.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for design and innovation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
