Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of five Project Analysts, ensuring that the proper resources are deployed on projects to exceed expectations in both quality and speed. As a Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, clients, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five Project Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Oversee the allocation of resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and timely delivery.
Project Oversight:
Ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations in both caliber and speed.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Client Interaction:
Work closely with Associate Vice Presidents to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Actively participate in client meetings, providing insights and updates on project status and delivery.
Strategic Contribution:
Collaborate with Associate Vice Presidents to develop and refine project strategies.
Provide valuable input on project planning, resource allocation, and overall project execution to drive successful outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a delivery lead or project management role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading project teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
