Role Overview

As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing targeted outreach campaigns to secure high-value executive search engagements. You will collaborate with the Growth Strategist to identify key decision-makers, craft personalized outreach strategies, and schedule client meetings. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a passion for building meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

• Research and identify potential clients, focusing on enterprise companies, board members, and private equity/VC firms.

• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems to manage leads.

2. Outreach Campaigns:

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

• Customize messaging to align with client needs and emphasize Wells Onyx’s unique value proposition.

3. Client Engagement:

• Schedule meetings and introductions for the Growth Strategist with high-value prospects.

• Act as the first point of contact for prospects, building trust and interest in our services.

4. Performance Tracking:

• Track outreach metrics, including response rates, meetings scheduled, and leads converted.

• Provide weekly reports to the Growth Strategist with insights and recommendations.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Growth Strategist to refine outreach strategies based on campaign performance.

• Stay informed on industry trends and client priorities to optimize targeting efforts.

Key Qualifications

1. Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development.

• Familiarity with enterprise sales or executive search is a plus.

2. Skills:

• Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

3. Attributes:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Adaptable and eager to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
