We are building a Black Ops sales and growth team to spearhead our efforts in creating high-value relationships, driving revenue, and laying the foundation for our strategic growth initiatives.
Role Overview
As the Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning, execution of targeted outreach campaigns, and closing high-value deals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop innovative growth strategies, oversee lead generation, and work collaboratively to ensure revenue targets are met. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a self-starter with a strong business development background.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize high-value market segments and client opportunities.
2. Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Oversee the creation and management of targeted outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Outreach Specialist to generate and nurture leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value clients (e.g., board members, VCs, PE firms).
3. Deal Closing:
• Engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
4. Performance Tracking:
• Monitor outreach and deal performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Provide weekly reports to the CEO on progress and key insights.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Outreach Specialist to align efforts and ensure success.
• Provide input on messaging, value propositions, and market positioning.
Key Qualifications
1. Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
2. Skills:
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
• Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems).
3. Attributes:
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
